Statement of Career Goals

My career goal is to build a successful career in the field of Instructional Technology and Artificial Intelligence by creating innovative learning experiences that improve student engagement, accessibility, and learning outcomes. Through my graduate studies at the University of North Texas, I have developed skills in instructional design, educational technology, learning analytics, and AI-supported learning environments.

I am especially interested in how technology can personalize education and support learners with different backgrounds and learning needs. During my academic journey, I worked on projects related to adaptive learning, AI-integrated educational tools, gamified learning experiences, and learner-centered instructional design. These experiences strengthened my passion for combining technology with education in meaningful ways.

In the future, I hope to work as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, or Educational Technology Specialist in a leading organization where I can contribute to designing effective digital learning solutions. I am also interested in working with AI-powered educational systems that support personalized and data-driven learning experiences.

In addition to my academic experience, my role as a Teaching Assistant helped me improve my communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Working with students and faculty allowed me to better understand learner needs and the importance of designing engaging and accessible instruction.

My long-term goal is to continue growing professionally in the technology and education sector while contributing to innovative solutions that make learning more interactive, inclusive, and effective. I believe continuous learning, creativity, and adaptability are essential qualities for success, and I am committed to developing these qualities throughout my career journey.
